The total number of tickets offered in the lottery is 160,000 ranging from 10,001 to 170,000 inclusive. Results will be declared by blind selection of included numbers, under supervision of an independent witness in accordance with Rule 6 (14) of the Gambling Act (Lottery) Game Rules 2004. Declaration will be held at the premises of Sublime Group Limited, 1/85 Grafton Road, Grafton, at 10am, October 15, 2010 for the Earlybird Bonus Draw and at 10am, November 12, 2010 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket Bonus and Auto-Buyers Bonus Prizes.

Winners accept that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes. Results published in The New Zealand Herald, The Waikato Times, The Dominion Post, The Christchurch Press, Otago Daily Times and the Southland Times on October 22, 2010 for the Earlybird Draw and November 19, 2010 for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Multi-Ticket and Auto-Buyers Bonus prizes. The net proceeds of the lottery programme will be used to advance the Heart
